Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
Customers who cancel their reservation more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are entitled to a full refund.
Late Cancellations
Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be charged up to 100% of the booking value.
Flight Delays
If a valid flight number has been provided, Monte-Connect monitors flight arrivals.
Flight delays do not result in additional waiting charges.
Service Cancellation
If Monte-Connect is unable to provide the confirmed transportation service, the customer will receive a full refund.
Refund Method
Refunds for online card payments are processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
The processing time depends on the customer's card issuer and bank.
