Services
Monte-Connect provides private passenger transportation services, including airport transfers, intercity and international transfers, cruise port transfers, private sightseeing tours and chauffeur services throughout Montenegro.
Bookings
Reservations can be made through our website, e-mail, WhatsApp or telephone.A booking becomes confirmed only after written confirmation has been sent by Monte-Connect.
Prices & Payment
All prices are quoted in Euro (EUR).

Flight Monitoring
For airport transfers, Monte-Connect monitors flight arrivals when a valid flight number is provided. Flight delays do not incur additional waiting charges.
Waiting Time
Airport transfers include up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after the aircraft has landed. Hotel and private address pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, Monte-Connect reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the booking value.If Monte-Connect is unable to provide the confirmed service, any payment received will be refunded in full.

Every complaint will be reviewed and answered within a reasonable period.
Liability
Monte-Connect is responsible for providing the booked transportation service.The company shall not be held liable for delays caused by traffic congestion, border controls, adverse weather conditions, road closures or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Montenegro.
